Over my 14+ years in the live shopping space, both as a brand and as a host, I've seen first hand how live shopping can literally turn a struggling brand into a household name, with huge revenues and an intensely loyal customer base.
The only problem was that until recently, for most, live shopping was an unattainable dream that seemed completely out of reach. QVC and HSN were the only options for live shopping, and trying to get your product featured on either one of them was a major uphill battle that was seldom achievable. For those lucky enough to have their product featured, it was a highly risky proposition.
In 2025, the rules of live shopping have officially been rewritten. It's available to any brand at any time and can be done on a variety of different platforms. The barrier to entry is incredibly low and it's arguably the single most affordable way to market your product to the masses.
